Head of Disbursements Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Money Out/Disbursements Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement the annual business plan while ensuring alignment with team objectives
• Serve as a senior decision maker for escalated client issues and maintain operational service commitments
• Manage budget planning and identify areas for process improvement within operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or equivalent experience
• 10 years of industry experience related to money out/disbursements and at least 8 years in leadership roles
• Strong management skills with a professional demeanor in client interactions
• Familiarity with MS-Office software applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives
