Head of Disbursements Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Money Out/Disbursements Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams and develop operational strategies to meet client expectations
• Serve as a senior leader for clients, managing escalated issues and ensuring service commitments are met
• Oversee budget planning and operational workflows, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with service standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or equivalent experience
• 10 years of industry experience in money out/disbursements, with at least 8 years in leadership roles
• Demonstrated strong management skills and professional demeanor in client interactions
• Familiarity with MS-Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
• Ability to work within timeframes and standards while managing operational service commitments
