Head of Disbursements Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Money Out/Disbursements Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams and develop operational strategies to meet client expectations and maintain high customer service levels
• Act as a senior leader for clients, overseeing escalated issues and ensuring production commitments are met
• Manage budget planning and operational workflows, identifying areas for improvement within the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or equivalent experience
• 10 years of industry experience in money out/disbursements and at least 8 years in leadership roles
• Strong management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively
• Familiarity with MS-Office software applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
• Professional demeanor and experience in client meetings
