Head of Disbursements Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Money Out/Disbursements Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement the annual business plan while ensuring alignment with leadership and measurable objectives
• Act as a senior leader for clients and advisors, addressing escalated issues and driving operational service commitments
• Manage budget planning and monitor department expenses while identifying areas for improvement in operations and workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or equivalent work experience
• 10 years of industry experience in money out/disbursements and at least 8 years in leadership roles
• Demonstrated strong management skills and the ability to lead teams effectively
• Familiarity with MS-Office software applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
• Professional demeanor with experience in client meetings and interactions
