Head of Disbursements Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Money Out/Disbursements Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams and develop operational strategies to meet client expectations and maintain high customer service levels
• Act as a senior leader for clients, managing escalated issues and ensuring alignment with operational commitments
• Own budget planning and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and meet business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or equivalent work experience
• 10 years of industry experience in money out/disbursements and at least 8 years in leadership roles
• Demonstrated ability to lead with strong management skills
• Familiarity with MS-Office software applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
• Professional demeanor with experience in client meetings
