Head of Disbursements Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Money Out/Disbursements Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate teams to implement business plans and achieve operational service commitments
• Serve as a senior decision maker for client escalations and maintain strong client relationships
• Manage budgeting, operational workflows, and identify areas for process improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or equivalent experience
• 10 years of industry experience in money out/disbursements, with at least 8 years in leadership roles
• Demonstrated strong management skills and experience in client-facing situations
• Familiarity with MS-Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage operational objectives effectively
