Head of DSCR Lending

Job Summary

Leading the full DSCR division, the remote Head of DSCR Lending & Capital Markets will manage P&L, drive growth and profitability strategies, and oversee investor relationships and capital markets execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own full P&L for the DSCR division and lead growth and production strategies
• Build and manage institutional investor and capital markets relationships while overseeing pricing and margin management
• Track KPIs and manage the DSCR platform from origination through loan sale

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of mortgage banking experience
• 5+ years leading DSCR, Non-QM, or business purpose lending platforms
• Strong experience in capital markets and secondary marketing
• Proven P&L management experience with multi-million-dollar lending platforms
• Existing institutional investor and capital partner relationships preferred
