Head of DSCR Lending
Job Summary
Leading the full DSCR division, the full-time salaried Head of DSCR Lending & Capital Markets will oversee strategy, growth, profitability, and capital markets execution, with the option to work remotely or onsite in Aventura, FL.
Key responsibilities
- Own full P&L for the DSCR division and lead growth and production strategies
- Manage institutional investor relationships and oversee pricing, product design, and market positioning
- Track key performance indicators and build teams across DSCR sales, product, and operations support
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of mortgage banking experience
- 5+ years leading DSCR, Non-QM, or business purpose lending platforms
- Strong capital markets and secondary marketing experience
- Proven P&L management experience with multi-million-dollar lending platforms
- Existing institutional investor and capital partner relationships preferred
