Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Enablement to build and scale an enablement function for securing identity-driven cloud applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and own the end-to-end enablement strategy across Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success
  • Design structured onboarding programs and role-based curricula for enterprise sales readiness
  • Establish scalable coaching frameworks and track enablement KPIs tied to business outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in enablement, sales, customer success, or related roles, with 5+ years in a leadership position
  • Proven experience in building and scaling enablement programs in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions and multi-stakeholder buying cycles
  • Experience partnering with executive leadership and influencing at the C-suite level
  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable improvements in productivity and performance
