Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership for energy project initiatives, the remote Head of Engineering and Development will implement processes and policies to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery while overseeing engineering teams and collaborating with various departments.

Key responsibilities

• Directly oversee project development processes, ensuring alignment with long-term goals
• Collaborate with sales, operations, legal, and marketing teams to support project execution
• Lead engineering teams, setting objectives and action plans to meet project development needs

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in engineering project development, focusing on complex solutions
• Minimum of 5 years of proven engineering team leadership experience
• BS degree in Engineering or a related field
• Knowledge of energy efficiency project legislation and incentive programs
