Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Engineering, a founding team member, to lead the development of their AI Career Companion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of the AI Career Companion, overseeing all aspects of the engineering function
- Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
- Define and implement the technical architecture and choose the appropriate technology stack
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a technical leader, with a track record of successfully building and scaling consumer or prosumer applications
- Demonstrated experience in managing and leading cross-functional engineering teams
- Deep knowledge of software development methodologies, architecture, and best practices
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter with proven 0-1 experience
- Relevant experience in an engineering leadership role
