Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee Front and Back End Engineering, Data Engineering, and Infrastructure teams
Recruit, hire, and manage high performing teams
Design and build systems for scale, quality, and security

Required Qualifications:

Providing technical guidance to team leads related to architecture and design
Managing, mentoring, and communicating business and performance objectives to a large team
Progressive engineering management experience with enterprise/analytical software development
Experience with AI/ML systems
Experience with agile development methodologies and modern web programming standards
