• Collaborate with lead engineers to evaluate feature feasibility and translate game concepts into technical requirements
• Recruit, mentor, and develop an engineering organization to meet project needs and foster a positive working environment

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role with full proficiency in programming
• Passion for developing complex game systems
• Demonstrable track record of working on a successful game from launch to scale
• Experience with GitHub and Rojo
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguity
