Head of Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Engineering - Technology Enablement and Acceleration.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and govern enterprise architecture principles and standards while revamping architectural review processes
• Lead the development of a Developer Enablement Platform to enhance developer productivity and deployment quality
• Recruit and lead a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master's preferred
• 12-15+ years of progressive software engineering experience
• 5-7+ years of leadership experience managing engineers and technical leaders
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience in implementing and scaling SRE and DevOps practices within engineering organizations
