Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Engineering to lead and scale its global engineering function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team, establishing best practices and overseeing the development of high-quality AI products
• Contribute hands-on to code development and set up foundational infrastructure for AI model integration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a technical leadership role
• Experience developing enterprise-grade AI tools for large U.S. companies
• Experience in a consulting or client delivery environment
• Expertise in AI/ML development and modern frameworks
