Head of Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and product team to execute the development roadmap
• Own the technical vision and execution for the microschool management platform, including AI integration
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers while actively participating in coding and feature deployment

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Founding Engineer, CTO, or in a similar senior technical leadership role
• Proven success in building and scaling consumer-grade applications for web and mobile
• Experience with integrating AI technologies into product experiences
• Strong knowledge of system architecture and performance optimization
• Familiarity with the tech stack including Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, and mobile development frameworks
