Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Search Serving Platform organization to deliver a reliable and relevant search experience
• Manage global teams and drive execution of multi-quarter technical roadmaps
• Define and implement long-term technical strategies while inspiring teams towards engineering excellence

Required Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent experience
• 12+ years of experience developing large scale distributed systems
• 8+ years of experience managing software development teams with complex projects
• 2+ years of experience leading teams running search systems at scale
