Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering leadership experience, including 2+ years at the Director level or equivalent
• Proven success leading full-stack engineering and QA teams in SaaS or fintech environments
• Strong command of agile development methodologies and product-engineering collaboration
• Experience in high-growth startups and navigating evolving tech stacks
• Clear and empathetic communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
