Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end engineering execution for the assigned domain, including architecture and delivery
• Drive significant latency reductions and ensure consistent performance through robust observability and metrics
• Translate product goals into clear dependencies and deliverables while operationalizing continuous quality evaluation pipelines

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in high-growth early-stage startups or as a founder/co-founder of SaaS products
• Experience in high-intensity environments where speed and judgment are critical
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and develop clear technical plans
• Preference for durable solutions with a focus on simplicity and optimization
