Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily engineering execution for the developer intelligence platform
• Lead and support a team of managers and senior individual contributors in delivering data pipelines and analytics
• Collaborate with enterprise customers and internal partners to validate hypotheses and inform product development

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in senior engineering leadership roles
• Experience as a senior engineering leader in a high growth stage startup, preferably in developer tools or AI-driven products
• Ability to operate in high ambiguity and define direction with limited precedent
• Proven track record of leading distributed engineering organizations through growth and transformation
• Demonstrated ability to set technical vision and drive execution in a dynamic environment
