Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage engineering priorities aligned with company goals and timelines
• Own the engineering roadmap and ensure strategic alignment and efficient execution of initiatives
• Oversee engineering delivery, ensuring projects meet quality, scope, and timeline expectations

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering with leadership or management experience
• Proven experience leading engineering teams in an agency, eCommerce, or digital product environment
• Strong understanding of modern development workflows and scalable systems
• Experience with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms is highly preferred
• Experience implementing or leveraging AI tools to improve engineering workflows
