Head of Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and enforce coding standards and architectural decisions across projects
• Manage tech leads and ensure accountability for their technical output and growth
• Own at least one client project end-to-end as an active technical lead

Required Qualifications

• 6 to 9 years of software development experience, with 2 to 3 years in an engineering leadership role
• Experience building large-scale, production-grade applications
• Direct management experience of tech leads or senior developers
• Solid understanding of modern full-stack web development
• Experience in a fully remote engineering environment
