Head of Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Engineering who will lead the engineering team and drive technical architecture and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the forecasting agent and financial analytics platform
• Drive end-to-end engineering delivery, including planning, estimation, and accountability
• Maintain code quality, CI/CD, automated testing, and deployments

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience, with 2+ years as Tech Lead or Head of Engineering at a startup under 50 people
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and React, with ideally NestJS knowledge
• Experience shipping AI in production, including LLM integration and agents
• People leadership experience, including 1:1s, feedback, and hiring
• B2B SaaS experience, preferably in fintech or a data-heavy domain
