Head of Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a team of 15-25 engineers, the full-time Head of Engineering will manage Engineering Managers, oversee project delivery, and coordinate cross-team efforts in a hybrid or fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop Engineering Managers through regular feedback and performance calibrations
• Ensure clear visibility on engineering project progress and coordinate cross-team projects with Product Management
• Structure engineering teams in alignment with product strategy and prioritize recruitment efforts

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering experience, including 3+ years in management of IC/Engineering Managers
• Experience in structuring or restructuring engineering organizations
• Proven track record of delivery in a multi-team environment (4+ squads)
• Familiarity with data-centric architectures and B2B SaaS environments, preferably in cybersecurity, data, or cloud
• Fluent in French and professionally proficient in English
