Head of Engineering

Job Summary

Leading the technical vision and team, the full-time Head of Engineering will architect and develop AI-powered educational tools while collaborating with educators and researchers in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technical vision for AI-powered education tools
• Lead the development of user-centered AI tools that enhance teacher-AI collaboration
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build AI-powered tools that improve education outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience as an AI/ML engineer with a background in architecting and building AI products
• Ability to manage and mentor both senior and junior engineers
• Experience building across the stack, including data pipelines and backend services
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML technologies and cloud architectures
• Startup experience in building technical infrastructure and teams
