Head of Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a multi-disciplinary engineering team, the full-time Head of Engineering will build and scale technical foundations for AI-driven spatial computing applications while fostering an innovative engineering culture in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team across computer vision, backend, frontend, hardware, and firmware engineering disciplines
• Define and execute the engineering roadmap, ensuring a balance between innovation and scalability
• Architect and develop real-time spatial computing applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements

Required Qualifications

• Master's in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field
• 15+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years in senior management overseeing multiple functions
• Expertise in computer vision, AI/ML, sensor fusion, or robotics
• Experience in full-stack development and scalable cloud architectures
• Strong problem-solving skills with a builder mentality
