Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Engineering, Analytics & Data Experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the engineering vision and roadmap for the Data Experiences and Analytics Visualization Platform
• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing engineering team while fostering a culture of innovation
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver customer-centric solutions and advocate for customer needs in engineering decisions

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in technical leadership and engineering management
• Strong background in data engineering, software engineering, and visualization technologies
• Experience in agile development methodologies and operational excellence
• Ability to evaluate and adopt new technologies and methodologies
• Experience in managing budgets and vendor relationships
