Key Responsibilities

• Drive technical strategy and execution to ensure scalability, stability, and security of digital infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven success in managing remote, cross-functional engineering teams
• Deep technical expertise in modern mobile tech stacks, cloud infrastructure, and API-first design
• Experience in regulated industries, ideally healthcare tech, with familiarity in HIPAA compliance
• Ability to make decisions quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
