Job Summary

Leading a team of enterprise sellers, the full-time Head of Enterprise Accounts will manage pipeline generation, coaching, and performance management while driving sales of AI-powered clinical documentation solutions to major health systems in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a structured operating cadence for pipeline visibility and forecast accuracy, including regular pipeline reviews and account strategy sessions
  • Coach enterprise sellers on competencies for winning healthcare AI deals, focusing on multi-threaded selling and stakeholder engagement
  • Directly manage the ADR team, establishing activity standards and developing an account-based outbound strategy aligned with enterprise seller territories
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years in enterprise healthcare sales, with at least 3+ years in frontline sales management
  • Experience coaching complex, multi-threaded health system deals with high ACVs and long sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare AI landscape and ability to engage with senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to build new operating cadences and onboarding programs from scratch
  • Demonstrated success in attracting and developing strong sales talent
