Head of Enterprise AI Transformation

Job Summary

Leading the AI agenda across Global Business Services, the full-time Head of Enterprise AI Transformation will define and implement AI strategies, drive enterprise-wide adoption, and ensure alignment with business priorities while working in a hybrid remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the Enterprise AI and Intelligent Automation strategy aligned with business priorities
• Identify high-value AI opportunities and lead initiatives from ideation through implementation and optimization
• Establish governance frameworks and KPIs to measure the impact of AI initiatives across the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a relevant field
• Extensive international leadership experience in AI, Intelligent Automation, or Digital Transformation within complex organizations
• Proven experience leading enterprise AI transformation initiatives with measurable business outcomes
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Intelligent Automation, and AI governance
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to executive leadership
