Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a repeatable innovation engine that tests and scales insights through structured pilots and clear KPIs
• Establish an innovation ecosystem that collaborates with start-ups and internal teams to drive clinical and operational improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree as required
• 10+ years of progressive experience in innovation, strategy, or healthcare operations
• Demonstrated leadership in innovation programs, including pilot design and scaling
• Strong understanding of healthcare delivery and payer dynamics
• Proven ability to work across complex stakeholder groups with strong executive presence
