Job Summary
Experienced marketers will find a full-time salaried Head of Enterprise Marketing opportunity focused on building and executing enterprise demand strategies, managing self-serve to enterprise conversions, and partnering with Sales to drive pipeline growth in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Co-own upmarket pipeline targets with Sales and execute an enterprise demand playbook
- Design and implement account-based programs and lifecycle plays to convert self-serve users into enterprise buyers
- Track performance metrics and build measurement frameworks to optimize marketing strategies and report on pipeline contributions
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 3 years in enterprise demand generation
- Experience in product-led companies with a focus on self-serve to enterprise conversion
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of building effective measurement frameworks
- Experience collaborating with Sales on pipeline targets in a co-owned manner
- Background in SaaS, media tech, or creative tooling preferred
