Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Enterprise Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead the enterprise sales function, including process, playbooks, and pipeline design
  • Own full-funnel revenue generation, from outbound to closing deals
  • Develop repeatable go-to-market motions for selling compute and RL post-training services
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years in enterprise sales with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of closing infrastructure or platform deals ranging from $250k to $2M+
  • Experience in building sales processes and forecasting systems from scratch
  • Deep familiarity with selling to technical buyers in ML and AI sectors
  • Comfortable navigating complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
