Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Sales, Enterprise & Strategic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and scale the Enterprise sales organization across North America, driving revenue growth in large global accounts
  • Build the long-term enterprise go-to-market strategy, including account planning and operating models
  • Recruit and develop high-performing sales leaders and establish frameworks for consistent execution across complex deal cycles
Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a proven track record in large organizations
  • Experience in scaling high-growth technology companies through significant revenue milestones
  • Demonstrated success in building or scaling enterprise segments within high-growth SaaS companies
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to build credibility with C-level buyers
  • Background in cybersecurity, compliance, or adjacent technology markets is highly desirable
