Experienced in B2B sales, the full-time Head of Enterprise Sales will manage the complete sales cycle for new business clients, focusing on building relationships with employers, non-profits, and educational institutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Field inbound leads and partner with various clients to provide access to BetterHelp's services
  • Lead sales initiatives through outbound communication and manage the sales funnel using CRM systems
  • Gain insights into client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
Required qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in complex channel partnerships and B2B Direct to Employer (D2E) markets
  • Established relationships with consultants and D2E stakeholders
  • Previous experience in contract negotiation
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
