Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Events Insurance Programs to lead the strategy and growth of insurance solutions for the events market.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the insurance strategy for the events vertical, identifying market opportunities
• Lead the design and launch of insurance programs tailored for the events market
• Develop and manage strategic relationships with insurance carriers and partners to secure program structures

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in event insurance, contingency insurance, or specialty lines
• Experience designing or launching insurance programs, including underwriting structures
• Strong understanding of event-related risk characteristics
• Experience working with insurance carriers, MGAs, brokers, and reinsurers
• Experience or strong interest in embedded insurance and digital distribution models
