Head of Experimentation

Job Summary

Owning the Experimentation pillar, the full-time Head of Experimentation will lead the Product team in a remote capacity, focusing on strategy, roadmap delivery, and commercial outcomes while enhancing AI-native experimentation capabilities and winning high-maturity buyers.

Key responsibilities

• Direct leadership of the Experimentation pillar, collaborating with Engineering and Design to ensure strategic alignment and successful delivery
• Partner with AI product leaders to integrate experimentation as a key measurement layer in the AI Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Earn the confidence of senior data scientists and PMs by delivering essential statistical and workflow capabilities on a competitive timeline

Required qualifications

• Proven senior product leader (GM, VP, or equivalent) with experience in statistical rigor and data infrastructure
• Deep understanding of experimentation methodologies and their application at scale in production environments
• Established credibility with data science leaders and experience in recruiting top talent in the field
• Experience leading cross-functional teams that include engineering, design, and data science
• Strong communicator with a bias for action and a focus on iterative learning over extensive documentation
