Job Summary
Driving revenue performance and account growth, the full-time Head of Field Sales will manage field and inside sales teams, ensuring execution excellence and practitioner engagement in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own field sales revenue across assigned channels and drive new account acquisition
- Build a disciplined sales organization focused on execution and territory management
- Lead, coach, and develop sales teams while setting clear KPIs and performance expectations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in field sales or healthcare commercial leadership
- Proven success in leading and scaling field sales teams
- Experience driving account growth and practitioner engagement
- Strong commercial instincts and operational discipline
