Job Summary

Leading the expansion of the Final Expense Sales Team, the remote Head of Final Expense Sales will manage multiple teams, drive performance, and develop strategies to recruit and train top agents while fostering a data-driven culture.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the Final Expense Sales organization, managing teams and driving performance metrics
  • Define KPIs across various metrics and cultivate a data-driven performance culture
  • Develop and implement coaching programs and sales playbooks tailored to Final Expense customers
Required qualifications
  • 8-12+ years of sales leadership experience with ownership of inside sales teams in a B2C environment
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and scaling businesses through operational improvements
  • Deep expertise in final expense or adjacent protection products, with experience in high-velocity consumer sales preferred
  • Experience designing agent compensation plans and performance management frameworks
  • Strong analytical skills, fluent in forecasting and modern CRM systems like Salesforce
