Head of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Finance (Controller) to oversee financial operations and provide strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the company-wide P&L, ensuring accurate financial reporting
• Design board-grade dashboards to convert KPIs into actionable insights
• Oversee billing, collections, and payables while maintaining low Days Sales Outstanding (DSOs)

Required Qualifications

• Finance leadership experience with P&Ls exceeding $20M at multiple companies
• Fluency in SaaS accounting and service-based revenue streams
• Proficiency in data visualization and translating numbers into strategic actions
• Experience managing multiple P&Ls in a product-studio or incubator setting
• Knowledge of M&A diligence and integration processes
