Head of Finance

Job Summary

Head of Finance, this full-time remote position is responsible for enhancing the finance function, managing billing operations, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and forecasting, building models to guide hiring and investment decisions
• Oversee billing operations, ensuring timely collections and optimizing revenue cycle performance
• Collaborate with leadership to analyze data and provide clear recommendations for operational improvements

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in finance, strategy, or related fields, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment
• Experience in building financial models and operating financial systems from scratch
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, particularly in MSO/PC structures
• Experience with revenue operations, preferably in healthcare
• Demonstrated ability to work both strategically and at a detailed execution level
