Job Summary

To support a growing blockchain technology company, the full-time Head of Finance will architect the long-term financial strategy, lead treasury management, and establish governance standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Architect the long-term financial roadmap to align fiscal strategy with growth targets
• Lead complex treasury management and capital allocation strategies to optimize liquidity and risk
• Establish enterprise-level standards for financial reporting and internal controls to enhance institutional credibility

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in high-growth technology environments
• Proven ability to influence company strategy and fundraising at the Board and executive levels
• Experience building and mentoring high-performing finance and accounting teams
• Mastery of complex financial modeling and ability to synthesize data into actionable narratives
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
