Head of Finance
Job Summary
Leading the financial operations of a high-growth vertical SaaS company, the full-time remote Head of Finance will manage the order-to-cash cycle, oversee financial modeling and reporting, and partner closely with the CEO on strategic financial initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full order-to-cash cycle, including invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition
- Prepare monthly KPI reporting and quarterly board materials while maintaining GAAP compliance
- Manage commission calculations and collaborate with Sales leadership on compensation plans
Required qualifications
- 7-12+ years of experience in finance operations and FP&A, preferably in a venture-backed SaaS company under $50M ARR
- Proven experience in billing, forecasting, and board-level reporting
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Experience implementing finance systems and automation
- Comfortable operating both tactically and strategically
