Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated Head of Finance, the full-time remote position will manage financial planning, strategy, and operations, overseeing accounting, FP&A, budgeting, and financial reporting while collaborating with senior leadership across departments.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the company's forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes to align with growth targets
- Develop scalable financial models and reporting tools to support data-driven business decisions
- Collaborate with department heads to translate financial insights into actionable strategies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years of experience in strategic finance, preferably within a growth-stage startup
- Strong background in FP&A and operational modeling
- Proficient knowledge of US GAAP and experience with audits and compliance
- Advanced proficiency with finance software, including QuickBooks and Excel
