Head of Finance
Job Summary
To support a rapidly growing professional services platform, the full-time Head of Finance will own financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls while collaborating with executive leadership on M&A and board-level reporting in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Own company-wide financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with audit-quality rigor
- Support M&A activities including financial diligence and post-merger integration
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience required
- CPA strongly preferred
- Experience in a private equity-backed environment strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience with ERP implementation and financial systems transformation
- Board or investor reporting experience
