Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and articulate the company's financial narrative with executive-level reporting
• Oversee all accounting and finance functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Act as a financial systems owner, designing and improving workflows across teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred
• 8+ years of progressive experience in financial management with leadership responsibility
• Experience with international entities and multi-currency accounting is highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across creative, technical, and operational teams
• Self-directed and resourceful, with a strong foundation in accounting and finance
