Job Summary
Leading the company's global accounting and financial operations, the full-time Head of Finance & Accounting will oversee the controllership function, manage the close process, and develop scalable processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the overall accounting and controllership function, including financial reporting and internal controls
- Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Partner with executive leadership on financial performance and strategic initiatives
Required qualifications
- Significant experience in accounting and finance leadership within a global multi-entity organization
- Strong technical accounting and financial reporting background
- Demonstrated experience leading the close process and overall controllership function
- Experience building and scaling accounting processes and infrastructure
- CPA or advanced accounting credentials preferred
