Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Finance and Administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide fiscal leadership and strategic financial advice to the CEO and executive team
  • Oversee financial and accounting operations, including reporting, budgeting, and audits
  • Manage organizational operations systems, administrative functions, and HR oversight
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years senior leadership experience in accounting or finance
  • Experience as a proven senior executive in nonprofit organizations with budgets of at least $5M
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required (MBA highly preferred)
  • At least 5 years of experience managing a team
  • In-depth understanding of IRS compliance and regulatory requirements for U.S. tax-exempt organizations
