Head of Finance and Analytics

Job Summary

To support the company's growth, the full-time remote Head of Finance and Analytics will build and oversee the FP&A function, develop financial models, and create a scalable analytics capability while serving as a strategic partner to the leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own the company's first in-house FP&A function, including budgeting and forecasting
• Develop dynamic financial models to support growth scenarios and capital allocation
• Translate financial and operational data into strategic recommendations for leadership

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in finance, FP&A, or strategic analytics in high-growth environments
• Deep experience with subscription or direct-to-consumer business models
• Expert-level financial modeling skills, including scenario and sensitivity analysis
• Fluency in unit economics such as CAC, LTV, and contribution margin
• Proven track record of building reporting systems and analytics infrastructure from scratch
