Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Finance and Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function with full ownership of the P&L, overseeing accounting operations and financial reporting
• Own demand forecasting and inventory strategy, partnering with supply chain on planning and production timing
• Conduct strategic analysis and prepare materials for board and investor communications

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in private equity or M&A investment banking
• Strong preference for candidates with operating experience in a growth-stage company
• Proven track record of building financial models that inform business decisions
• Mastery of sophisticated financial modeling techniques
• Builder mentality with experience in team management preferred
